Market ethnographer and cultural psychologist at Marktalent. For more than 15 years now, Eric spends most of his time living in two worlds: the academia and industry. He teaches Cultural Psychology & Cultural Change Strategy among others, at several renowned universities in Jakarta. As cultural psychologist his works focus on helping schools, families and communities grow in fast-changing urban ecosystems. He completed his doctor philosophie on “complex problem solving workgroup” from Fakultat der Philosophie, Universtät Regensburg Germany.
