Born in 1989, he instantly fell in love with photography soon after his father gave him an analogue camera equipped with a non-functional lightmeter.
In 2009 and 2011, he attended a workshop in Antara Photo Journalism Gallery. Once being a stringer photographer for Media Indonesia (2011-2013) and trying his luck as a freelance videographer, he decided to work with Detik.com in 2013 and has been a permanent photographer there up to present time.
He took part in a number of photo exhibitions in Jakarta including “Enormousight”, “Imatajinasi”, “Jakarta 32”, “Sinabung and Kelud Calling” and “Fiksi and Non Fiksi”. Along with his three friends, he just launched an exhibition and a photography book titled “Repertoar”.
