M. Agung Rajasa was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, and joined Antara News Agency in 2011. A graduate of philosophy and theology, he has been granted by a variety of awards in photography such as the 2011 Adinegoro Award, the 2012 Photo of the Year Anugerah Pewarta Foto Indonesia, 2011 AJI Journalism Awards, and 2015 Astra International Award.

In his daily work, he does an extensive photo editorial work for national coverage such as photo news on politics, culture, disaster, events and others.
