Nita Dian started her career in journalism as a writer in an in-house magazine, Her love for photography pushed her to change profession, as a Photo Researcher in tempo.co for 1,5 years. After working for four years in Tempo Magazine, she landed a position in Korean Tempo, her current workplace. To Nita, life is not the destination, but the process to get to it, just like travelling. She often travels solo to snap Indonesia’s beauty, also other Asian and European countries. Her work has appeared in the book cover of Journey to Indonesia, published by Wonderful Indonesia in multiple languages. With the support of European Journalism Centre, Nita was also involved in the project entitled Empowered Women to commemorate the 90th birthday of the Commission on Violence Against Women. Since 2019, the graduate of School of Communications, Padjajaran University, has actively trained photography course in Tempo Institute.
